ACH / EFT Software

EFT software differs vastly from "Checks by Phone" software in that the EFT process is a completely paperless transaction! HASSLE-FREE TECHNOLOGY
The procedure for converting your new and existing customers to an EFT system is a simple one. Your customer signs up for EFT by completing a simple authorization form. Authorizations can be made verbally if recorded. Import the customer's bank information into the software and with a mouse click, Payments due are deducted from the customer's bank account in the amount designated by you and the customer. This can occur on a regular or one-time basis. The payment is transferred electronically through the Federal Reserve ACH Network directly to your bank and into the account you specify!
The National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) is the governing body of the ACH Network. Our National EFT Software automatically creates batch files in standard NACHA format which are then processed by the Federal Reserve. YOU initiate the entire process!
