The NPS® interactive telephone payment service is customized to your business requirements. NPS® IVR provides your business with a customer friendly 800# pay by phone service. Your customers dial into our computerized voice system, is prompted for account & billing information and with a few keypad strokes on the telephone, automatically pays their outstanding bill!.

The payment is made from funds your customer pre-authorizes for a "paperless" electronic payment debit from their checking or savings account.

This program is a perfect fit for large recurring payment driven corporations such as insurance agencies, mortgage companies, banks and utility companies. All prompts and scripts can be customized. Your customers are welcomed to the system with your own personal company greeting. We are completely transparent to your customer.

How Does NPS® IVR Work?

This service is different from a similar service provided by some banks. IVR EFT service can be an extension of your existing automatic payment program. Surveys indicate consumers prefer to have control over the electronic check payment debit process.

On every monthly bill statement, your company's "Pay By Phone" number is listed. The consumer signs a registration form provided by your company. Once their registration has been processed, the consumer now has some flexibility. They may either mail the payment in as they normally would or they may choose to dial your Pay By Phone 800 number and reach our computerized system. The system will first prompt the caller to enter the account number as listed on their bill, then the system will tell them the balance to be paid. Then the system will prompt the caller for payment method i.e.

"Press 1 for electronic debit from you bank account"...
"Press 2 for credit card payment"!

Its that easy, the system will confirm the payment amount, their Checking Account or credit card is automatically debited for this amount and your company bank account is credited.
